Grave robbers, aliens, talking dead girls, lost fairy pursues camper-eating monsters. If you think these are interesting topics for a quick read, then pick up this book! These nine short stories have plots that are different and interesting; Link definitely has a dark and compelling take on things. The writing is easy to read and playful, even when the situation is serious (i.e. the aforementioned monster that eats campers). The characters are interesting and easy to relate to. The writing is witty and deadpan, sometimes critical of humanity itself, especially the government. These are situations one would rarely (hopefully) find oneself in. So why not jump into that grave and start digging?
